Hemp contains a large number of different substances, such as organic acids, phytosteroids, terpenes, carbohydrates and others. It contains substances called cannabinoids and hemp seeds contain up to 35% fatty oil. Cold-pressed hemp oil is particularly rich in essential fatty acids, omega 3 and 6, it also contains linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid and GLA gamma-linolenic acid, which is very rare. Hemp oil is most often used as a carrier oil in the production of CBD drops, or CBD oil. It is a dietary supplement that has gained popularity all over the world. The effect of hemp on the environment has proven that hemp can eliminate this pollutant. Cadmium can be very dangerous, and if it enters the food chain, it can eventually lead to severe joint and spine pain. High doses of cadmium are known to cause kidney damage and some types of cancer. Some types of hemp have been studied and recommended for phytoremediation of cadmium to remove this heavy metal from our soil.
